Terms of Service

1. What hoodrich is

hoodrich is a permissionless launchpad that lets anyone create an ERC20 token associated with a public X account and trade it on Uniswap. hoodrich provides the interface and tooling; it does not issue, endorse, custody, or guarantee any token.

2. No advice, no guarantees

Nothing on hoodrich is investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens launched here have no intrinsic value and may go to zero. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Launching a coin

Anyone can launch a coin for any X handle. By launching you confirm you have the rights to the name, ticker, and image you upload, and that your launch does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law. You are responsible for the content you submit.

4. The KOL reserve

65% of each token is reserved for the person who owns the associated X account, claimable only after they verify ownership. hoodrich makes no promise that any given account holder will claim, endorse, or have any involvement with a coin launched for them.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, and every transaction you sign. On-chain transactions are irreversible. hoodrich cannot recover lost funds or reverse trades.

6. Prohibited use

Do not use hoodrich for fraud, impersonation intended to deceive, market manipulation, money laundering, or anything illegal where you live. We may remove content from the interface at our discretion, though on-chain tokens cannot be removed from the blockchain.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

hoodrich is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, hoodrich and its contributors are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, smart contracts, or any token.

8. Changes

These terms may change. Continued use of hoodrich after changes means you accept them.
