The short version: a wallet address, and an email if you want the card sent to one. No name, no documents, no credit check.

What we collect

Your wallet address. Unavoidable: it is what opens the plan and what the collateral returns to.

Plan data. Amounts, schedule and status. This lives on the blockchain, not in a database of ours.

An email address, only if you give one so the gift card code can be sent to it. You can use a throwaway.

What we do not collect

No legal name, no address, no date of birth, no identity documents, no credit check, no bank details. The collateral is the underwriting, so there is nothing to verify about you.

What is public

Everything on the blockchain is public and permanent. Your plans, amounts, payments and collateral can be read by anyone who looks at the contract, and linked to your wallet address forever. This cannot be undone, by us or by you.

Who else sees anything

The gift card reseller receives the order and, where a card is delivered by email, the delivery address. They have their own privacy policy and we do not control it.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Fonts are loaded from Fontshare and Google Fonts, which will see your IP address as a normal consequence of requesting a file from them.

Deletion

An email address you gave us can be removed on request. On-chain records cannot be deleted by anyone, including us, and that is a property of the chain rather than a policy choice.
